Aircraft Maintenance Engineers

Diploma approved AME training institutes /AME certificate Holders (issued by DGCA) in Category A and C OR Graduation in any branch of Engineering.

Aircraft Maintenance Technicians

BAMEL holders in Cat HA and CT with 3 to 5 year's experience ERJ 170/190/ Airbus A320/ Boeing 737 or any heavy category Aircraft

Planning Engineer

Role & responsibility

Prepare Aircraft Maintenance Program based on MPD and ensure program is being amended whenever either MPD revision is issued or revision due to in service experience is necessary.

Develop Inspection Schedule based on current approved AMP.

Forecasting & planning of long term maintenance & short term maintenance activity.

Ensure optimum utilization of each aircraft is planned, monitored and achieved.

Timely Planning of AD, Mandatory Modifications, and applicable Service Bulletins to ensure it is being accomplished within the timeline.

Responsible for tracking all maintenance checks.

Able to determines the priority of maintenance tasks for scheduled in-service aircraft in order to achieve maximum utilization of Aircraft.

Education & experience

Graduate / Diploma in Engg. / AME Course

Should have worked as a Maintenance Planner in any airline / Non schedule operator for a minimum period of 3 years.

Should be familiar with the Line Planning, Short term /Long Term Planning and to prepare work packages.

Experience on Embraer family Aircraft will be added advantage.

Quality Manager

Role & responsibility

To establish an organization structure in the Quality.

To establish Quality procedures, to ensure airworthiness standards as per DGCA and Manufacturers requirements.

To co-ordinate and liaison with regulatory authorities

To ensure that all technical Manuals are prepared and revised as and when required.

To develop annual audit programme, its compliance and to ensure its effectiveness for the entire Engg. Division including vendors/MROs.

Education & experience

Diploma in AME or Degree in Engineering / Aeronautical Society of India (ASI) graduate

Licence on commercial transport aircraft (preferably Embraer family Aircraft will be added advantage).

Fair knowledge of civil aviation regulations.

Workshop Manager

Role & responsibility

Management and administration of the workshop to achieve efficient maintenance, operation and control of the activities in the component workshop.

Develop procedure sheet based on current maintenance manual (CMM).

Responsible for ensuring that all work on aircraft components is carried out to the standards specified in CAR.

Responsible for any corrective action resulting from the quality compliance monitoring of workshop.

Overall responsible for aircraft component workshop.

Education & experience

Basic AME’s Licence in the mechanical stream or avionics stream.

Diploma in Engineering in the appropriate branch.

Degree in Engineering in the appropriate branch.

Shall have at least 3 - 5 Years practical experience in aircraft component workshop.

Preferably 02 year working knowledge of the aircraft component workshop.

Procurement Officer

Role & responsibility

To ensure availability of spares/tools/equipment/services at right time, price, quantity, quality, place.

Procurement for initial provisioning of aircraft / equipment as required by Maintenance planning. All asset/stock/resources are utilized in the best possible manner to achieve maximum return.

To maintain transparency in all materials transactions as per company policy.

Cost reduction and efficient handling of materials at all stages and in all sections of the undertaking. Maintenance of technical database of materials which will be used. Review of stock level with Material planning Officer in order to minimise the AOG Condition.

Education & experience

Graduate in Science / Commerce / Engg. or AME Diploma

Working knowledge of the Purchasing & Procurement.

Shall have 02 years of experience in Purchasing of aviation material.

Store Officer

Role & responsibility

Storage of items as recommended by regulatory authority, Logistics Manual /Quality Control Manual and any other relevant documentation.

Maintenance of stores as per regulatory requirement.

Regular verification of asset/ stock with respect to bin card /inventory system.

Monitoring of shelf life / storage life /calibration period.

To review of NIL stock of fast moving items

Education & experience

Graduate in Science Commerce / Engg. or AME Diploma.

Working knowledge of the Stores Management.

Should have at least 2 years’ of work experience in similar function.

Material Planning & Inventory Management Officer

Role & responsibility

Review of stock level and generation of material planning request for replenishment of stock.

Review and generate the report of the fast moving items.

To review and define the reorder level of all the fast moving items.

Review and generate the consumption report on monthly basis.

Education & experience

Graduate Engineer OR AME Diploma.

Knowledge of Inventory Management.

Knowledge of CARs.

Knowledge of aviation maintenance technical documentation.

Should have at least 2 years’ of work experience in similar function.

Receipt & Dispatch

Role & responsibility

Performing receiving of Aircraft Materials.

Liaison with Custom Handling Agents / Freight forwarders for dispatch /shipment / receipt of units.

Education & experience

Graduate in Science / Commerce / Engg. or AME Diploma.

Shall have 02 Years of work experience in similar function.

Preferably undergone IATA DGR Training .
